Reiki is Universal Life Energy that is channelled through the Reiki Practitioner to the client. It is an Holistic healing method which Practitioners use an ancient technique called palm or hands on healing that channels life force energy through their body that flows out through their palms with light touch to the client. Reiki helps heal physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.
The word Reiki is formed by two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom” or “Higher Power” and Ki which means “Life Force Energy”.
A treatment feels like a warm, relaxing glow flowing through and surrounding your whole body, leaving you feeling, relaxed, calm, safe and peaceful.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing. It has been known to be an effective way of treating illness and disorders. It creates a beneficial effect and works well alongside all other medical and complimentary medicines to help relieve side effects and improve recovery.
The name Mishka’s Spirit is in honour of my late cat Mishka, the most beautiful Soul I had the absolute pleasure of spending more than eighteen years with, she was my Soul mate, my best friend, my confidant, my inspiration, my entertainer, and so much more.
Her spirit is with me always and she is at my side through all my Reiki Treatments…
