Hi my name is Amira, founder of ARC.
I am a Mindset and Emotional Wellbeing Coach who empowers over-working women with stress and anxiety, to breakthrough cycles of negative self-talk & emotions, so they can achieve inner calm and live a balanced life.
I have combined my 15+ years in the Medical Science research and clinical industry experience with my passion and my experience as an aged care dementia carer and family supporter and my accredited training in coaching, emotional trauma release, Neuro Linguistic Programming and behavioural profiling to support my clients to ‘heal the past to embrace the future’.
