Rachael is a heart centered, warm and compassionate practitioner who is passionate about reconnecting stressed and busy humans to their purpose and personal power through guided meditation, breathwork and Wayapa Wuurrk practices.
Having experienced a physical illness from stress in her 27 year career as an EA supporting CEOs and Chairmen in corporate Australia, Rachael is only too aware of the cost of work-life imbalance. Her recovery from burnout inspired her to become a meditation facilitator to support others to thrive while balancing the pressures of modern life and high performance at work.
She is a passionate employee wellbeing advocate and facilitates meditation and Wayapa classes in corporates, to teams, groups and privately 1:1. She works in person in Melbourne and on the Mornington Peninsula with clients all over the world virtually.
Her classes incorporate visualisation, sometimes mantra and simple, gentle breathwork.
All classes are thoughtfully designed with the intention to empower, calm the nervous system, still the mind and reconnect you to your heart, purpose and potential.
Upon request classes can be themed to support you with a challenge you’re facing or to cultivate an attribute you want to embody. You may simply prefer to go with the flow without a set theme.
She has Yoga Alliance certifications in The Energy Body (the chakras and their applications), Yoga Philosophy, Breathwork and Meditation as well as a Diploma of Wayapa Wuurrk.
