Roula was born in Lusaka Zambia, is of Greek descent and moved to Melbourne Australia in 2012 with her five children.

She obtained a Social Science degree from the University of Natal Durban, South Africa, and over the years has run her own family businesses in Lusaka. Her journey of life and the experience of having 5 children (her first born and then quadruplets) took her on a journey of soul searching, and spiritual growth.

Since moving to Australia, her studies and own self-discovery, have taken her to follow a career of her passion. She now runs her own business as a Reiki Healer, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy, and Life Coaching.

She has just completed her CertV in Kinesiology and is currently in her second year of studies to obtain her Diploma at the NK Institute of Neuroenergetic Kinesiology.

Her passion is to help people ……Life is too short, heal your past, and live life to the full.
