MY PASSION..

is working with women to challenge and change the limiting beliefs and past experiences or traumas that have been holding them back from living their best, most authentic and fulfilling life. I use feminine embodiment practices through my coaching to support you in leading with your body, heart and soul; to dig deep and allow flow and to be one with your deepest desires. I believe that we are all repressing, numbing or holding on to something (or plural) that is blocking our flow and feelings and thus interfering with our growth, joy and fulfilment.
